HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2021 - YEAR OF THE OX

Happy New Year! So glad that 2020 has come and gone for good! I'm so looking forward to what 2021 will bring to us all. It's a time for hope and optimism. Life as we know it has changed dramatically since this COVID-19 Pandemic and it has been quite an adjustment. I feel very fortunately that I was still able to bake. This past holiday season was a busy one for me. More people have taken notice of the Kapaa Apple Pie Company and have become fans of ours. Thank you for your support and encouragement.

This year, I will be retiring from my State job at the end of September 2021 with 34 years of civil service. What this means is that I will have more time to bake and expand the Kapaa Apple Pie Company brand. I have several projects that I have in mind to keep me busy in retirement. Of course, I will not be baking like a "Mad Baker" but at my own pace. I do enjoy baking, meeting my new customers, and seeing their enjoyment that my baked goods brings to them.
