A friend referred me this recipe to try. I thought it would make a great winter holiday cheesecake. The top layer is a candied cranberry on top of a layer of white chocolate mousse whipped cream frosting. Beneath the whipped cream frosting is the cheesecake layer sandwiched between a cranberry jam. The foundation of the cheesecake is a graham crust. To bake this cheesecake takes about 2 days to make from start to finish.
Love the fresh candied cranberries. The sugar coating reminds me of ice on a winter day.
