RETIREMENT

I'm happy to announce that I'm officially retired from the State of Hawaii with 33 years of services and was credited with 21 years of military service with the Hawaii Army National Guard effective October 1, 2021. The good news is that I'm able to devote more time to my baking adventures. The Kapaa Apple Pie Company will be accepting orders starting this month. Our new re-designed company t-shirts to mark this event has arrived.

I have some baking projects in the works. I want to learn how to make Almond Cookies and a Chocolate Guinness Cheesecake.

Another project that I'm needing to do is making more of my homemade Vanilla Extract using a Vodka from the UK made with whey. Its what makes my custard pie so creamy and delicious.

I do want to thank all of my supporters and customers for their patience and understanding. I look forward to baking something for you!
